I wish you all could currently see me typing this. I have the biggest smile plastered on my face, and I am shaking with excitement to finally get to begin this journey! I have wanted to start a blog for about a year and a half now, and I am finally blocking out all the “what could go wrongs”, and just doing it.

I have been a fashion enthusiast ever since I was old enough to start picking out my clothes when going shopping with the family, so that will be the main thing my blog will consist of. I will be including monthly thrift/Goodwill hauls, discount codes, and current sales going on at stores and boutiques that I just can’t get enough of. I am also a lover of all things food! Who isn’t though? I love trying out little holes in the wall, bakeries, café’s, anywhere with fried food, anywhere with Italian food… Okay pretty much anything! The point is I will be posting plenty of restaurants I’ve tried out, food I’ve made at home, and recipes I can’t get enough of, so if you don’t come to look at my blog for anything else come for the food. Recently, like over the past year recently, I’ve become interested in beauty as well. I’ve struggled with acne prone, sensitive skin my entire life, and am just finally beginning to get over it. It has taken a lot of trying out new skin care routines, a strict skincare regimen, good products, and most importantly trying my best to be healthy, so I will be posting some about that as well.

When it comes down to it, my blog will be one of a 19-year-old girl who decided to step out of her comfort zone. I know most people my age are at a point where you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing or who you want to be, and I want to be the one that lets you know that is okay! I am on track to graduate with my Associate’s degree in May, but still have no idea what I want to do with my life. So while this blog will be one filled with plenty of fashion, food, and beauty, it will also be one full of inspiration, me (trying) to give you a laugh every once in a while, and me convincing you, as well as myself, that life really isn’t all that bad, we just tend to complicate it most of the time.

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas spent with their loved ones, and are looking forward to the New Year. I have so many surprises in store for you guys over the next couple months, so make sure you subscribe below, and follow the rest of my social media if you aren’t sick of me yet!

“Everyone should smile. Life really isn’t that serious. We make it hard. The sun rises. The sun sets. We just tend to complicate the process.”
